We ship most items 1-2 business days after you place your order (hey, nobody likes working the weekend). If what you ordered was so popular that it’s temporarily out of stock, we’ll contact you immediately to let you know.
I noticed many of your shirts are "Junior's Fit"- what the heck does that mean?
Products noted as Junior's Fit are designed to have a more sung, form-fitting feel using our super soft cotton fabrics. For Women's sizing, select the next size up for ideal fit. For example: if you usually wear a size Small, your best bet is to go with a size Medium.

Is David & Goliath's Web Site Secure?
We work hard to make your buying experience safe – and part of that is keeping the rogue elements of the internet from getting their grubby e-mitts on your personal info. From the time you view your shopping cart until your order is complete and processed, we make sure that the connection is secure. For the geeks out there, this means using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connections and AES 256 bit high grade encryption to make sure the bad guys are kept out. And we only retain your credit card number long enough to process your order, so we don’t keep it in a database.
But my browser pops up a message saying that I'm moving to an unsecure web site. What gives?
This is a standard safety feature built in to just about every web browser, and usually enabled by default. You may see this message if you change your mind about your order and move back to the main web site, or if you order has been processed already. Rest assured that the entire time you're placing an order, the connection is encrypted with some pretty tough stuff.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
The Man has to take a piece of the pie, so local sales tax will be charged in Florida. International customers will be responsible for tariffs and duties from their respective country.
What are the shipping rates?
For the continental US, the rates are based on the selected shipping method and published shipping rates provided by UPS. Express delivery is available only for items that are in stock. Backordered items will always ship standard delivery. Please use a physical address for all orders. Shipping is not available to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
What about shipping to Alaska & Hawaii/Mexico/Canada?
Shipping rates for these areas are based on the order total, shipping weight, and shipping method. Rates are listed according to the published rates provided by UPS. US Postal Service packages will be shipped via flat-rate boxes.
I’m summering in Europe. Do you ship to other countries?
You better believe it! International orders not covered above are shipped via US Postal Service or UPS Worldwide Express to 48 other countries, and are charged according to UPS/ US Postal rates from Clearwater, FL, USA. It’ll cost you, though. You’re responsible for import taxes and duties once you receive your order.
Uh oh! If your international package is refused upon the attempted delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. Please be sure to study up on the tariffs or duties your country may apply to your packages.
How do I find out if you ship to my country?
To see the entire list, add an item to your shopping bag. Then, in the shopping bag window find the "Estimate Shipping & Tax Section" and click on the "Country" drop down list. This will show you the full list of countries we currently ship to.
How can I get specific details on my order?

What if I need to send something back?
We usually get everything right the first time. But every once in a while you might need a do-over. If that happens you can exchange damaged or ill-fitting merchandise within 14 days of receipt. We can’t foot the bill, so you’ll be responsible for any return shipping costs. We’ll give you what you want (or something similar if we’re out of stock – but trust us, it’s all quality). Make sure you contact us soon if you have any issues. All transactions are final – there are NO refunds!
