How long after I place my order does it take to ship?
Most items are shipped from our warehouse one to two business days after you place your order. If we find that something you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you in that time period.

Is David & Goliath's Web Site Secure?
David & Goliath works hard to make your buying experience safe and secure, as well as fun. From the time you view your shopping cart until your order is complete and processed, we make sure that the connection from your computer to ours is as secure as it can be. This is a standard safety feature built in to just about every web browser, and usually enabled by default. You may see this message if you change your mind about your order and move back to the main web site, or if you order has been processed already. Rest assured that the entire time you're placing an order, the connection is encrypted with some pretty tough stuff.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Local sales tax will be charged in Florida. International customers will be responsible for tarrifs and duties from their respective country.

What are the shipping rates?
For the continental US, the cost is based on the selected shipping method from the following options:

• Standard Ground Shipping: $5.95. Orders placed before 1:00PM Eastern Time on items in stock will be received in 3-6 business days.
• 2nd Business Day Shipping: $15.00. Orders placed before 1:00PM Eastern Time on items in stock will be received in 2 business days.
• Next Business Day Shipping: $30.00. Orders placed before 1:00PM Eastern Time on items in stock will be received the next business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM Eastern Time on items in stock will be received in 2 business days.

Express delivery is available only for items that are in stock. Backordered items will always ship standard delivery. Please use a physical address for all orders. Shipping is not available to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Alaska & Hawaii/Mexico/Canada
Shipping rates for these areas are based on the shipping method rates (above) plus the total amount of the order, according to the chart below:

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited to fifty-seven countries, and are charged according to UPS published rates from Clearwater, FL, USA. Packages usually take only 4-6 business days. Yes, international in days, not weeks... and you can track it!!! You will be responsible for import taxes and duties in addition to your order and shipping once you receive your order.
